How do you transform and expand a platform with 2+ million MAU without disrupting them?
As the Department of Transport and Planning sought to consolidate and modernise their platform after 13 years, they needed to uphold the recommendations from the Royal Commission and standards enforced by the Australian Government across security, accessibility, and design.
The VicTraffic project is one I look back on fondly as it was the culmination of the hard efforts across many different teams and talented individuals.
